Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh and her property developer husband John Marsh have listed their Dover Heights home for sale following their $30m purchase in Double Bay.
Alex Lyons of Raine and Horne Double Bay and Elliott Placks of Ray White Double Bay aren’t quoting a guide for a forthcoming auction at this stage, though they’re understood to have interest in the $10.5m to $11m range.
The market’s improved considerably since 2017, when the luxury six-bedroom home at 35 Military Rd failed to sell with an $8m guide.
And the couple have done a range of improvements since then.
